Fiona Kelly
Fiona usually works on functional stoneware pottery with an emphasis on the decorative surface. Pots are fired to 1,280 C in an electric kiln using slips and glazes developed while at Goldsmiths' College, London (1981 - 1983)
Now with four daughters and a business to run, potting does not always receive her undivided attention but she has sold her work over the past 20 years at various draft fairs and galleries. Her work is now exhibited with Southern Cermaic Group and Dorset Pottery Group and various local galleries.
Her work is always evolving and often encouraged by requests from the buying public.
